If sliced, place in a bowl and  toss regularly to prevent moisture building up on it as you pick at it (If you have the willpower to resist). It is natural for the product to dry out when left in the open, some people like that way... either way use within 3 days.

It will last up to 2 weeks in the fridge packs and up to 6 months in the freezer
